Tenancy Agreements
All our agreements are Assured Periodic Tenancy Agreements
Guarantors
We request a UK based guarantor for you tenancy (usually your parent or guardian) where possible.
Deposit
Your deposit is payable when you sign your tenancy agreement.
This is your deposit against damage.
When you leave, deductions will be made for any damage to the property. The balance will be returned to you within 21 days of the end of your tenancy.
Rent Payment
Your rent is payable monthly or by the academic term if you prefer.
We request payment by bank transfer.
Terminating a Tenancy Agreement
As your tenancy agreement is a binding agreement, you must be comfortable with it before you sign it.
Your tenancy can only be terminated in accordance with current rental legislation.
TV Licence and Insurance
You are responsible for your own TV licence and personal contents insurance.
Safety and Security
The property is strictly non-smoking throughout.
Fire alarms and emergency lights are fitted throughout the property.
Electrical safety certificates are available for your inspection, on request.
Equipment
You will need to provide your own bedding and kitchen equipment.
